Our five-step practice

    Discovery

    A conversation, not a brief. What's the role really about? What team will this position be in? We want to deeply understand the culture.

  2. 02.

    Headhunt

    We don't post and hope for the best. We headhunt. Through our network, through targeted outreach, through our feet-on-the-ground connections.

  3. 03.

    Shortlist

    We do the due diligence and run initial screening interviews ourselves. The best interviews and profiles are shared with the client to review.

  4. 04.

    Placement

    We'll handle the organising of final interviews, checks, negotiations and the structuring of the offer.

  5. 05.

    Aftercare

    We check in at thirty days, ninety days, and six months. The partnership doesn't end when the placement closes.
