Rudolph is a generalist at heart who has been in the recruitment space for over 8 years across the world. He understands businesses the way few recruiters do, having built them, led them, and learned that no strategy outruns the team executing it. That conviction is what shaped ARVO.

He's a natural leader, makes the call, and has built his career on the simple idea that people perform best when someone genuinely backs them. The partnerships he builds with founders run on the same principle, which is why most of his work comes from people he already knows.

Off the clock, he's on the padel court or the golf course, and he plays both better than he'll admit.

Justin is a CA(SA), which means he understands a business the way few recruiters do. From the ground up, every building block, every layer between the founder and the front line. This holistic view is what lets him walk into any commercial environment and know what's needed for it to run well and who is missing from the picture.

He has a deep love for people and an eye for what each one is capable of, sharpened by years of leading business teams, sports teams and committees, and an unusually wide network of relationships.
